David and his team were responsive and professional the entire time. Every promise they made they delivered, and after their services I gave them a review elsewhere. Several months after service, we had an issue that another contractor basically blamed on them. I called David and he came out the very same day even though he knew what they were saying wasn't true. He walked me and the other contractor through it, without charging me a penny, making sure I was taken care of. He dropped what he was doing to make sure I had what I needed. SO PLEASED with Hill Country Water Systems. I had already pretty much decided that we were going to purchase a Culligan Home Water System already. But, Rene from Hill Country Water Systems came by the house. He was extremely friendly and professional. So much do that I decided to purchase from them. Rene explained everything thoroughly and I was pleasantly surprised to see that he wasn’t just trying to make a sale. He only sold us what my family needed. HCWS did a spectacular job with my water softener system. I previously had a different system from another company before getting this one. The quality of service and product provided with my new system is of the the highest quality. I could not be more pleased with the service I experienced with HCWS.
