David and his team were responsive and professional the entire time. Every promise they made they delivered, and after their services I gave them a review elsewhere. Several months after service, we had an issue that another contractor basically blamed on them. I called David and he came out the very same day even though he knew what they were saying wasn't true. He walked me and the other contractor through it, without charging me a penny, making sure I was taken care of. He dropped what he was doing to make sure I had what I needed. What excellent customer service. I could not rate them any higher

Recently had a water softener and reverse osmosis systems installed. David and his team did a great job explaining everything before the work, did a very professional install, and followed up afterwards. Outstanding service and experience overall. I highly recommend Hill Country Water Systems.

We had the works installed 2 weeks ago (prefilter, water softener, and reverse osmosis), and WOW! What a difference. The water tastes fantastic, clothes are getting clean without as much soap, skin is not as dry. David and his crew were so knowledgeable, fast, efficient, and nice. Even our dog liked them, especially when David would pick her up and hold her.
