What an exceptional customer service experience! I called at 5:05, totally unaware that I called after operation hours.They close at 5:00. To my surprise they answered the phone. Shock one. I told them that I had a question concerning my Vesta Water System. The company rep asked my name and asked if I wouldn't mind waiting a minute while he rebooted his computer so he could check on the model I have. Shock two. (Our Vesta water system has worked flawlessly for 18 months.) One of my neighbors mentioned that he couldn't play golf because he was getting his water softener service. So, I thought I should check and see if mine needed to be service. I was told that my system didn't need to be serviced, ever. Shock three. Hill Country Water Systems customer service team is the best.

We recently had a water softener and RO installed in our home. We used a company out of San Antonio for our last softener but wanted a local business this go round. David performed the test and the New Braunfels water was 2X harder than the recommended ratio. That explained why our sink hardware was staining and even the toilets due to the calcium buildup. We have only been in the new home for (9) nine months and the calcium was really bad. Dustin did the installation and it was done professionally and clean. The water stains are now gone and we can really tell the difference in the water when washing our hands and the shower. The RO is great for drinking. Thank you Hill Country Water Systems

This company gave me the best customer service I’ve had in a long time! The owner was interested and involved in the process but had no problem being able to trust his staff to complete the job perfectly. Every person I interacted with was polite and well informed. The time to schedule was very reasonable and included an informative appointment for an estimate. Prices were also reasonable and inclusive without feeling you are being nickel & dimed. We chose, after getting information from the owner, a water softener, that we feel will meet our needs for a long time, and a reverse osmosis system. Because our new home had an island sink, it took some creativity to get the reverse osmosis system in the right place. They did and it turned out very professional. I would recommend this company for any water systems needs you have!

David and his team with Dustin did a phenomenal job installing our water softener system. We were shopping around and we’re not sure if we needed a water softener system. We live on the north-side of New Braunfels in a new built home. It was surprising to us how hard the water in the area is. After the birth of our daughter we decided to get a water softener installed for her safety and health. We made the decision around Thanksgiving and David and his team helped answer any questions even during the holidays and came by a few days later to set us up. Installation was maybe an hour and the guys walked us through. We have the system installed now for a little over two weeks and couldn’t be more happier. Stains from the hard water are gone, clogs on shower heads are gone and most importantly the water from faucet tastes great. We got the system that also removes chlorine from the water and the difference is like day and night. Thank you David and team for being there for us through the process!
