David and his team were responsive and professional the entire time. Every promise they made they delivered, and after their services I gave them a review elsewhere. Several months after service, we had an issue that another contractor basically blamed on them. I called David and he came out the very same day even though he knew what they were saying wasn't true. He walked me and the other contractor through it, without charging me a penny, making sure I was taken care of. He dropped what he was doing to make sure I had what I needed. Excellent service, extremely satisfied I had been calling several local companies in the area but the cost of a water softener they were quoting me was by far out of my budget. What an exceptional customer service experience! I called at 5:05, totally unaware that I called after operation hours.They close at 5:00. To my surprise they answered the phone. Shock one. I told them that I had a question concerning my Vesta Water System. The company rep asked my name and asked if I wouldn't mind waiting a minute while he rebooted his computer so he could check on the model I have. Shock two. (Our Vesta water system has worked flawlessly for 18 months.) One of my neighbors mentioned that he couldn't play golf because he was getting his water softener service. So, I thought I should check and see if mine needed to be service. I was told that my system didn't need to be serviced, ever. Shock three. Hill Country Water Systems customer service team is the best.

Hill Country Water Systems went above and beyond expectations when we found out there was a clog in the drain line. They sent their own plumber to clear the line so they could complete the install and we could have the great water we were hoping for. Highly recommend them.

SO PLEASED with Hill Country Water Systems. I had already pretty much decided that we were going to purchase a Culligan Home Water System already. But, Rene from Hill Country Water Systems came by the house. He was extremely friendly and professional. So much do that I decided to purchase from them. Rene explained everything thoroughly and I was pleasantly surprised to see that he wasn’t just trying to make a sale. He only sold us what my family needed.
