Excellent service, extremely satisfied I had been calling several local companies in the area but the cost of a water softener they were quoting me was by far out of my budget. My family and I are EXTREMELY HAPPY with our purchase of a water softener and reverse osmosis system from Hill Country Water Systems. The price of the system was very competitive to the others we talked to. David was very knowledgeable and the installers answered all my questions and provided helpful tips. We called a few times with questions and they were quick to respond; they even came out to inspect the system and provide some helpful hints after installation. One of the biggest compliments came from an New Braunfels Utilities inspector who inspected our water system today and said, "whoever installed your softener and osmosis system did it right, I don't always see it done correctly. Whoever did it did a good job!" We are very happy to have gone with HCWS and would DEFINITELY recommend them to our friends and family!
