Hill Country Water System was a real pleasure to work with. Both my wife and I were truly impressed with David, his detailed analysis and recommendations. Of the 4 providers we interviewed, his holistic review of our requirements including taking the time to inspect our well set-up far exceeded my expectations. I met with 3 other vendors and did a lot of research both on product and customer service reviews for each provider before reaching a decision. David and staff were head and shoulders above the others. Dustin and Tanner did the installation and that too was a positive experience. Dustin explained system operation and handled some remaining questions we had. They were prompt and professional and completed the job in about an hour. David, Chuck and Dustin are wonderful at their jobs! We moved into our brand new house to find out we had very hard water and they knew just how to fix it. Their customer service is top notch! They are quick to respond to after hour issues and are great at educating you on your system they install and your water. Who knew there was so much to know about water? We HIGHLY recommend using Hill Country Water Systems!
