I knew David before he started his own business and was working for someone else. I always felt he was knowledgeable and honest. He recently replaced my ten year old birm filter, softener and RO system for 70% of what it cost me ten years ago and all the equipment he installed was rated to handle 50% more water. This company gave me the best customer service I’ve had in a long time! The owner was interested and involved in the process but had no problem being able to trust his staff to complete the job perfectly. Every person I interacted with was polite and well informed. The time to schedule was very reasonable and included an informative appointment for an estimate. Prices were also reasonable and inclusive without feeling you are being nickel & dimed. We chose, after getting information from the owner, a water softener, that we feel will meet our needs for a long time, and a reverse osmosis system. Because our new home had an island sink, it took some creativity to get the reverse osmosis system in the right place. They did and it turned out very professional. I would recommend this company for any water systems needs you have!
