David and his team were responsive and professional the entire time. Every promise they made they delivered, and after their services I gave them a review elsewhere. Several months after service, we had an issue that another contractor basically blamed on them. I called David and he came out the very same day even though he knew what they were saying wasn't true. He walked me and the other contractor through it, without charging me a penny, making sure I was taken care of. He dropped what he was doing to make sure I had what I needed. Hill Country Water Systems went above and beyond expectations when we found out there was a clog in the drain line. They sent their own plumber to clear the line so they could complete the install and we could have the great water we were hoping for. Highly recommend them.
