David was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to educate me and provided lots of options for my needs as well as answer my questions during the water test. Additionally, the two men that came to install the unit, Tanner and Jesse, were super professional, courteous, and took the time to educate me about my new water softener. I highly recommend this business and am looking forward to calling them in the future for all my water needs!

When we called about an issue he immediately got us on the schedule and had someone come out the same day. Very professional and kind. They also offer military/veterans discounts which are amazing. We just moved into our new home, and the home inspector showed us how hard our water was, we called Hill Country Water Systems and David, the owner, came over to meet with us. He showed us a wealth of tests against our water and It was way worse than I was even expecting, after being given options and discussing the pro and cons of each system we decided on one. The team came over the next day to install it and within less than an hour we had the system up and running, and what a difference, the water tastes and feels amazing. What was one of the things that impressed me was when I asked David about wanting to add a conditioner, he told me it wouldn't make a difference and I would be wasting my money.
