What an exceptional customer service experience! I called at 5:05, totally unaware that I called after operation hours.They close at 5:00. To my surprise they answered the phone. Shock one. I told them that I had a question concerning my Vesta Water System. The company rep asked my name and asked if I wouldn't mind waiting a minute while he rebooted his computer so he could check on the model I have. Shock two. (Our Vesta water system has worked flawlessly for 18 months.) One of my neighbors mentioned that he couldn't play golf because he was getting his water softener service. So, I thought I should check and see if mine needed to be service. I was told that my system didn't need to be serviced, ever. Shock three. Hill Country Water Systems customer service team is the best.

I had the best experience with hill country water systems. David and his crew were exceptionally professional from beginning to end. Their team really went above and beyond with customer service. I highly recommend for fast and reliable service. We had to test our water well and send samples to the lab. David explained everything so it made sense to me and helped me pick out the best option for our home with excellent pricing. I can’t say enough good things about them and my experience.

We had the works installed 2 weeks ago (prefilter, water softener, and reverse osmosis), and WOW! What a difference. The water tastes fantastic, clothes are getting clean without as much soap, skin is not as dry. David and his crew were so knowledgeable, fast, efficient, and nice. Even our dog liked them, especially when David would pick her up and hold her.
