Wonderful experience! David and his team are knowledgeable and answered every question we had. They were happy to teach us about how their water softeners work and what a reverse osmosis system does. David and his team at Hill Country Water Systems are phenomenal. They were better priced than competitors I received quotes from, but it was their customer service that won me over. David came out and tested my water and answered the many questions I had. (I’m new to having hard water). We decided on what would be best for my home, and his team installed it promptly and walked me through what they were doing as well. David came back for a complimentary follow-up visit to test my water again and ensure I was pleased after using their system for two weeks. The process from start to finish was easy, and I love how kind and patient they are in explaining things. I noticed the results right away (soft water in the shower, for laundry and dishes, and clean drinking water are hard to miss!) and I’m so glad I made the investment for my family! Highly recommend this amazing team!!!

What an exceptional customer service experience! I called at 5:05, totally unaware that I called after operation hours.They close at 5:00. To my surprise they answered the phone. Shock one. I told them that I had a question concerning my Vesta Water System. The company rep asked my name and asked if I wouldn't mind waiting a minute while he rebooted his computer so he could check on the model I have. Shock two. (Our Vesta water system has worked flawlessly for 18 months.) One of my neighbors mentioned that he couldn't play golf because he was getting his water softener service. So, I thought I should check and see if mine needed to be service. I was told that my system didn't need to be serviced, ever. Shock three. Hill Country Water Systems customer service team is the best.
