We recently had a water softener and RO installed in our home. We used a company out of San Antonio for our last softener but wanted a local business this go round. David performed the test and the New Braunfels water was 2X harder than the recommended ratio. That explained why our sink hardware was staining and even the toilets due to the calcium buildup. We have only been in the new home for (9) nine months and the calcium was really bad. Dustin did the installation and it was done professionally and clean.
