We just moved into our new home, and the home inspector showed us how hard our water was, we called Hill Country Water Systems and David, the owner, came over to meet with us. He showed us a wealth of tests against our water and It was way worse than I was even expecting, after being given options and discussing the pro and cons of each system we decided on one. The team came over the next day to install it and within less than an hour we had the system up and running, and what a difference, the water tastes and feels amazing. What was one of the things that impressed me was when I asked David about wanting to add a conditioner, he told me it wouldn't make a difference and I would be wasting my money. Honesty and integrity is something I value and feel Hill Country Water Systems exhibit those traits.

The owner was interested and involved in the process but had no problem being able to trust his staff to complete the job perfectly. Every person I interacted with was polite and well informed. The time to schedule was very reasonable and included an informative appointment for an estimate. Prices were also reasonable and inclusive without feeling you are being nickel & dimed. We chose, after getting information from the owner, a water softener, that we feel will meet our needs for a long time, and a reverse osmosis system. Because our new home had an island sink, it took some creativity to get the reverse osmosis system in the right place. They did and it turned out very professional. I would recommend this company for any water systems needs you have!
