My family and I are EXTREMELY HAPPY with our purchase of a water softener and reverse osmosis system from Hill Country Water Systems. The price of the system was very competitive to the others we talked to. David was very knowledgeable and the installers answered all my questions and provided helpful tips. We called a few times with questions and they were quick to respond; they even came out to inspect the system and provide some helpful hints after installation. One of the biggest compliments came from an New Braunfels Utilities inspector who inspected our water system today and said, "whoever installed your softener and osmosis system did it right, I don't always see it done correctly. Whoever did it did a good job!" We are very happy to have gone with HCWS and would DEFINITELY recommend them to our friends and family!

January 27, 2021What an exceptional customer service experience! I called at 5:05, totally unaware that I called after operation hours.They close at 5:00. To my surprise they answered the phone. Shock one. I told them that I had a question concerning my Vesta Water System. The company rep asked my name and asked if I wouldn't mind waiting a minute while he rebooted his computer so he could check on the model I have. Shock two. (Our Vesta water system has worked flawlessly for 18 months.) One of my neighbors mentioned that he couldn't play golf because he was getting his water softener service. So, I thought I should check and see if mine needed to be service. I was told that my system didn't need to be serviced, ever. Shock three. Hill Country Water Systems customer service team is the best.

We are very happy with our new water softener and RO system that was installed recently. We had a lot of questions and David was able to answer them all and help us understand the various options and benefits so that we could make the best choice for us! Once we had decided, they were able to install both systems right away. The Technicians were also very courteous and helpful. It is nice to know that they are there to help if we have questions or issues come up in the future. Can't forget Nica - always there to help!

The equipment not only protects all our valuable appliances (water heater, dish washer, everything) but it was made shower water softer too. February 10, 2021David and his team were responsive and professional the entire time. Every promise they made they delivered, and after their services I gave them a review elsewhere. Several months after service, we had an issue that another contractor basically blamed on them. I called David and he came out the very same day even though he knew what they were saying wasn't true. He walked me and the other contractor through it, without charging me a penny, making sure I was taken care of. He dropped what he was doing to make sure I had what I needed. What excellent customer service. I could not rate them any higher
