September 15, 2021David and his team with Dustin did a phenomenal job installing our water softener system. We were shopping around and we’re not sure if we needed a water softener system. We live on the north-side of New Braunfels in a new built home. It was surprising to us how hard the water in the area is. After the birth of our daughter we decided to get a water softener installed for her safety and health. We made the decision around Thanksgiving and David and his team helped answer any questions even during the holidays and came by a few days later to set us up. Installation was maybe an hour and the guys walked us through. We have the system installed now for a little over two weeks and couldn’t be more happier. Stains from the hard water are gone, clogs on shower heads are gone and most importantly the water from faucet tastes great. We got the system that also removes chlorine from the water and the difference is like day and night. Thank you David and team for being there for us through the process!

David came out and tested my water and answered the many questions I had. (I’m new to having hard water). We decided on what would be best for my home, and his team installed it promptly and walked me through what they were doing as well. David came back for a complimentary follow-up visit to test my water again and ensure I was pleased after using their system for two weeks. The process from start to finish was easy, and I love how kind and patient they are in explaining things. I noticed the results right away (soft water in the shower, for laundry and dishes, and clean drinking water are hard to miss!) and I’m so glad I made the investment for my family!
