This company gave me the best customer service I’ve had in a long time! The owner was interested and involved in the process but had no problem being able to trust his staff to complete the job perfectly. Every person I interacted with was polite and well informed. The time to schedule was very reasonable and included an informative appointment for an estimate. Prices were also reasonable and inclusive without feeling you are being nickel & dimed. We chose, after getting information from the owner, a water softener, that we feel will meet our needs for a long time, and a reverse osmosis system. Because our new home had an island sink, it took some creativity to get the reverse osmosis system in the right place. They did and it turned out very professional. I would recommend this company for any water systems needs you have!

Hill Country Water System was a real pleasure to work with. Both my wife and I were truly impressed with David, his detailed analysis and recommendations. Of the 4 providers we interviewed, his holistic review of our requirements including taking the time to inspect our well set-up far exceeded my expectations. I met with 3 other vendors and did a lot of research both on product and customer service reviews for each provider before reaching a decision. David and staff were head and shoulders above the others. Dustin and Tanner did the installation and that too was a positive experience. Dustin explained system operation and handled some remaining questions we had. They were prompt and professional and completed the job in about an hour. David and his team were responsive and professional the entire time. Every promise they made they delivered, and after their services I gave them a review elsewhere. Several months after service, we had an issue that another contractor basically blamed on them. I called David and he came out the very same day even though he knew what they were saying wasn't true. He walked me and the other contractor through it, without charging me a penny, making sure I was taken care of. He dropped what he was doing to make sure I had what I needed. What excellent customer service. I could not rate them any higher
