David and his team were responsive and professional the entire time. Every promise they made they delivered, and after their services I gave them a review elsewhere. Several months after service, we had an issue that another contractor basically blamed on them. I called David and he came out the very same day even though he knew what they were saying wasn't true. He walked me and the other contractor through it, without charging me a penny, making sure I was taken care of. He dropped what he was doing to make sure I had what I needed. What excellent customer service. I could not rate them any higher

Additionally, the two men that came to install the unit, Tanner and Jesse, were super professional, courteous, and took the time to educate me about my new water softener. Dustin and his team are the BEST! I love my new water softener and osmosis system I never have to clean my sinks or my toilets they’re sparkling all the time Justin is always just a phone call away and so prompt in returning phone calls they’re the best I would highly recommend them
