Of the 4 providers we interviewed, his holistic review of our requirements including taking the time to inspect our well set-up far exceeded my expectations. I met with 3 other vendors and did a lot of research both on product and customer service reviews for each provider before reaching a decision. David and staff were head and shoulders above the others. Dustin and Tanner did the installation and that too was a positive experience. Dustin explained system operation and handled some remaining questions we had. They were prompt and professional and completed the job in about an hour. We decided to go with Hill Country Water Systems with our new house. The technicians were very courteous and professional. We’ve had the system now for a month and are very happy with it.
