David and his team at Hill Country Water Systems are phenomenal. They were better priced than competitors I received quotes from, but it was their customer service that won me over. David came out and tested my water and answered the many questions I had. (I’m new to having hard water). We decided on what would be best for my home, and his team installed it promptly and walked me through what they were doing as well. David came back for a complimentary follow-up visit to test my water again and ensure I was pleased after using their system for two weeks. The process from start to finish was easy, and I love how kind and patient they are in explaining things. I noticed the results right away (soft water in the shower, for laundry and dishes, and clean drinking water are hard to miss!) and I’m so glad I made the investment for my family! Highly recommend this amazing team!!!

October 29, 2020We just moved into our new home, and the home inspector showed us how hard our water was, we called Hill Country Water Systems and David, the owner, came over to meet with us. He showed us a wealth of tests against our water and It was way worse than I was even expecting, after being given options and discussing the pro and cons of each system we decided on one. The team came over the next day to install it and within less than an hour we had the system up and running, and what a difference, the water tastes and feels amazing. What was one of the things that impressed me was when I asked David about wanting to add a conditioner, he told me it wouldn't make a difference and I would be wasting my money. Honesty and integrity is something I value and feel Hill Country Water Systems exhibit those traits.

Their customer service is top notch! They are quick to respond to after hour issues and are great at educating you on your system they install and your water. Of the 4 providers we interviewed, his holistic review of our requirements including taking the time to inspect our well set-up far exceeded my expectations. I met with 3 other vendors and did a lot of research both on product and customer service reviews for each provider before reaching a decision. David and staff were head and shoulders above the others. Dustin and Tanner did the installation and that too was a positive experience. Dustin explained system operation and handled some remaining questions we had. They were prompt and professional and completed the job in about an hour.
