October 27, 2020We just moved into our new home, and the home inspector showed us how hard our water was, we called Hill Country Water Systems and David, the owner, came over to meet with us. He showed us a wealth of tests against our water and It was way worse than I was even expecting, after being given options and discussing the pro and cons of each system we decided on one. The team came over the next day to install it and within less than an hour we had the system up and running, and what a difference, the water tastes and feels amazing. What was one of the things that impressed me was when I asked David about wanting to add a conditioner, he told me it wouldn't make a difference and I would be wasting my money. Honesty and integrity is something I value and feel Hill Country Water Systems exhibit those traits.

Excellent service, extremely satisfied I had been calling several local companies in the area but the cost of a water softener they were quoting me was by far out of my budget. Thank Heaven for Hill Country Water Systems!!!! David provided the best customer service!!! He was very professional and detailed that by far exceeded my expectations!!! Thank you David!!! Also let me mention the cost of the system I purchased from Hill Country Water Systems is the top of the line and the cost was more than half lower than what I would had paid for at the other companies that quoted me. November 17, 2020David and his team with Dustin did a phenomenal job installing our water softener system. We were shopping around and we’re not sure if we needed a water softener system. We live on the north-side of New Braunfels in a new built home. It was surprising to us how hard the water in the area is. After the birth of our daughter we decided to get a water softener installed for her safety and health. We made the decision around Thanksgiving and David and his team helped answer any questions even during the holidays and came by a few days later to set us up. Installation was maybe an hour and the guys walked us through. We have the system installed now for a little over two weeks and couldn’t be more happier. Stains from the hard water are gone, clogs on shower heads are gone and most importantly the water from faucet tastes great. We got the system that also removes chlorine from the water and the difference is like day and night. Thank you David and team for being there for us through the process!
