David was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to educate me and provided lots of options for my needs as well as answer my questions during the water test. Additionally, the two men that came to install the unit, Tanner and Jesse, were super professional, courteous, and took the time to educate me about my new water softener. David and his team with Dustin did a phenomenal job installing our water softener system. We were shopping around and we’re not sure if we needed a water softener system. We live on the north-side of New Braunfels in a new built home. It was surprising to us how hard the water in the area is. After the birth of our daughter we decided to get a water softener installed for her safety and health. We made the decision around Thanksgiving and David and his team helped answer any questions even during the holidays and came by a few days later to set us up. Installation was maybe an hour and the guys walked us through. We have the system installed now for a little over two weeks and couldn’t be more happier. Stains from the hard water are gone, clogs on shower heads are gone and most importantly the water from faucet tastes great. We got the system that also removes chlorine from the water and the difference is like day and night. Thank you David and team for being there for us through the process!

David, Chuck and Dustin are wonderful at their jobs! We moved into our brand new house to find out we had very hard water and they knew just how to fix it. Their customer service is top notch!
