David and Tanner with Hill Country Water are professional, friendly, & knowledgeable about the systems we had installed (Softener & RO). David thoroughly answered all of my questions and even took the time to draw pictures to accompany his explanation of the system. I am extremely happy that we decided to use Hill Country Water Systems!

I knew David before he started his own business and was working for someone else. I always felt he was knowledgeable and honest. He recently replaced my ten year old birm filter, softener and RO system for 70% of what it cost me ten years ago and all the equipment he installed was rated to handle 50% more water. I would recommend him to anyone who values quality equipment, good service, honesty and someone who is knowledgeable about what they are selling.

Of the 4 providers we interviewed, his holistic review of our requirements including taking the time to inspect our well set-up far exceeded my expectations. I met with 3 other vendors and did a lot of research both on product and customer service reviews for each provider before reaching a decision. David and staff were head and shoulders above the others. Dustin and Tanner did the installation and that too was a positive experience. Dustin explained system operation and handled some remaining questions we had. They were prompt and professional and completed the job in about an hour.
