David, Chuck and Dustin are wonderful at their jobs! We moved into our brand new house to find out we had very hard water and they knew just how to fix it. Their customer service is top notch! They are quick to respond to after hour issues and are great at educating you on your system they install and your water. Who knew there was so much to know about water? We HIGHLY recommend using Hill Country Water Systems!

My family and I are EXTREMELY HAPPY with our purchase of a water softener and reverse osmosis system from Hill Country Water Systems. The price of the system was very competitive to the others we talked to. David was very knowledgeable and the installers answered all my questions and provided helpful tips. We called a few times with questions and they were quick to respond; they even came out to inspect the system and provide some helpful hints after installation. One of the biggest compliments came from an New Braunfels Utilities inspector who inspected our water system today and said, "whoever installed your softener and osmosis system did it right, I don't always see it done correctly. Whoever did it did a good job!" We are very happy to have gone with HCWS and would DEFINITELY recommend them to our friends and family!

David was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to educate me and provided lots of options for my needs as well as answer my questions during the water test. Additionally, the two men that came to install the unit, Tanner and Jesse, were super professional, courteous, and took the time to educate me about my new water softener.
