Hill Country Water Systems went above and beyond expectations when we found out there was a clog in the drain line. They sent their own plumber to clear the line so they could complete the install and we could have the great water we were hoping for. Highly recommend them.

David, Chuck and Dustin are wonderful at their jobs! We moved into our brand new house to find out we had very hard water and they knew just how to fix it. Their customer service is top notch! They are quick to respond to after hour issues and are great at educating you on your system they install and your water. Who knew there was so much to know about water? We HIGHLY recommend using Hill Country Water Systems!

The owner was interested and involved in the process but had no problem being able to trust his staff to complete the job perfectly. Every person I interacted with was polite and well informed. The time to schedule was very reasonable and included an informative appointment for an estimate. Prices were also reasonable and inclusive without feeling you are being nickel & dimed. We chose, after getting information from the owner, a water softener, that we feel will meet our needs for a long time, and a reverse osmosis system. Because our new home had an island sink, it took some creativity to get the reverse osmosis system in the right place. They did and it turned out very professional. I would recommend this company for any water systems needs you have!
