What an exceptional customer service experience! I called at 5:05, totally unaware that I called after operation hours.They close at 5:00. To my surprise they answered the phone. Shock one. I told them that I had a question concerning my Vesta Water System. The company rep asked my name and asked if I wouldn't mind waiting a minute while he rebooted his computer so he could check on the model I have. Shock two. (Our Vesta water system has worked flawlessly for 18 months.) One of my neighbors mentioned that he couldn't play golf because he was getting his water softener service. So, I thought I should check and see if mine needed to be service. I was told that my system didn't need to be serviced, ever. Shock three. Hill Country Water Systems customer service team is the best.

May 4, 2023We recently had a water softener and RO installed in our home. We used a company out of San Antonio for our last softener but wanted a local business this go round. David performed the test and the New Braunfels water was 2X harder than the recommended ratio. That explained why our sink hardware was staining and even the toilets due to the calcium buildup. We have only been in the new home for (9) nine months and the calcium was really bad. Dustin did the installation and it was done professionally and clean. The water stains are now gone and we can really tell the difference in the water when washing our hands and the shower. The RO is great for drinking. Thank you Hill Country Water Systems

We had the works installed 2 weeks ago (prefilter, water softener, and reverse osmosis), and WOW! What a difference. The water tastes fantastic, clothes are getting clean without as much soap, skin is not as dry. David and his crew were so knowledgeable, fast, efficient, and nice. Even our dog liked them, especially when David would pick her up and hold her.
