What an exceptional customer service experience! I called at 5:05, totally unaware that I called after operation hours.They close at 5:00. To my surprise they answered the phone. Shock one. I told them that I had a question concerning my Vesta Water System. The company rep asked my name and asked if I wouldn't mind waiting a minute while he rebooted his computer so he could check on the model I have. Shock two. (Our Vesta water system has worked flawlessly for 18 months.) One of my neighbors mentioned that he couldn't play golf because he was getting his water softener service. So, I thought I should check and see if mine needed to be service. I was told that my system didn't need to be serviced, ever. Shock three. Hill Country Water Systems customer service team is the best.

We had a lot of questions and David was able to answer them all and help us understand the various options and benefits so that we could make the best choice for us! Once we had decided, they were able to install both systems right away. The Technicians were also very courteous and helpful. It is nice to know that they are there to help if we have questions or issues come up in the future. Can't forget Nica - always there to help!
