Of the 4 providers we interviewed, his holistic review of our requirements including taking the time to inspect our well set-up far exceeded my expectations. I met with 3 other vendors and did a lot of research both on product and customer service reviews for each provider before reaching a decision. David and staff were head and shoulders above the others. Dustin and Tanner did the installation and that too was a positive experience. Dustin explained system operation and handled some remaining questions we had. They were prompt and professional and completed the job in about an hour. The equipment not only protects all our valuable appliances (water heater, dish washer, everything) but it was made shower water softer too. You can't imagine it until you try it - really makes a huge difference. HILL COUNTRY Water Systems really stand behind the product and we could not be happier!

Wonderful experience! David and his team are knowledgeable and answered every question we had. They were happy to teach us about how their water softeners work and what a reverse osmosis system does. Our water quality is better than ever and we are so glad to be working with Hill Country Water Systems! Great team of knowledgeable staff. Everyone is friendly and well organized. They have a variety of water softener systems for any unique home or commercial set up. UV light is also available. They do water treatment for well water as well! We have a reverse osmosis water filtration system for drinking water and love it! The convenience of an RO is life changing. I wasn’t aware that you could have such high quality water available in tour own home. It’s awesome. Love working with Hill Country Water Systems and look forward to continue working with them in the future!

May 5, 2021We just moved into our new home, and the home inspector showed us how hard our water was, we called Hill Country Water Systems and David, the owner, came over to meet with us. He showed us a wealth of tests against our water and It was way worse than I was even expecting, after being given options and discussing the pro and cons of each system we decided on one. The team came over the next day to install it and within less than an hour we had the system up and running, and what a difference, the water tastes and feels amazing. What was one of the things that impressed me was when I asked David about wanting to add a conditioner, he told me it wouldn't make a difference and I would be wasting my money. Honesty and integrity is something I value and feel Hill Country Water Systems exhibit those traits.
