We just moved into our new home, and the home inspector showed us how hard our water was, we called Hill Country Water Systems and David, the owner, came over to meet with us. He showed us a wealth of tests against our water and It was way worse than I was even expecting, after being given options and discussing the pro and cons of each system we decided on one. We recently had a water softener and RO installed in our home. We used a company out of San Antonio for our last softener but wanted a local business this go round. David performed the test and the New Braunfels water was 2X harder than the recommended ratio. That explained why our sink hardware was staining and even the toilets due to the calcium buildup. We have only been in the new home for (9) nine months and the calcium was really bad. Dustin did the installation and it was done professionally and clean.
