We recently had a water softener and RO installed in our home. We used a company out of San Antonio for our last softener but wanted a local business this go round. David performed the test and the New Braunfels water was 2X harder than the recommended ratio. That explained why our sink hardware was staining and even the toilets due to the calcium buildup. We have only been in the new home for (9) nine months and the calcium was really bad. Dustin did the installation and it was done professionally and clean. The water stains are now gone and we can really tell the difference in the water when washing our hands and the shower. The RO is great for drinking. Thank you Hill Country Water Systems

They have a variety of water softener systems for any unique home or commercial set up. UV light is also available. They do water treatment for well water as well! We have a reverse osmosis water filtration system for drinking water and love it! The convenience of an RO is life changing. I wasn’t aware that you could have such high quality water available in tour own home. It’s awesome. HCWS did a spectacular job with my water softener system. I previously had a different system from another company before getting this one. The quality of service and product provided with my new system is of the the highest quality. I could not be more pleased with the service I experienced with HCWS.
