David and his team were responsive and professional the entire time. Every promise they made they delivered, and after their services I gave them a review elsewhere. Several months after service, we had an issue that another contractor basically blamed on them. I called David and he came out the very same day even though he knew what they were saying wasn't true. He walked me and the other contractor through it, without charging me a penny, making sure I was taken care of. He dropped what he was doing to make sure I had what I needed. What excellent customer service. I could not rate them any higher

There fin folks have softened our water and really saved us huge time and money! The equipment not only protects all our valuable appliances (water heater, dish washer, everything) but it was made shower water softer too. My family and I are EXTREMELY HAPPY with our purchase of a water softener and reverse osmosis system from Hill Country Water Systems. The price of the system was very competitive to the others we talked to. David was very knowledgeable and the installers answered all my questions and provided helpful tips. We called a few times with questions and they were quick to respond; they even came out to inspect the system and provide some helpful hints after installation. One of the biggest compliments came from an New Braunfels Utilities inspector who inspected our water system today and said, "whoever installed your softener and osmosis system did it right, I don't always see it done correctly.
