David and Tanner with Hill Country Water are professional, friendly, & knowledgeable about the systems we had installed (Softener & RO). David thoroughly answered all of my questions and even took the time to draw pictures to accompany his explanation of the system. I am extremely happy that we decided to use Hill Country Water Systems!

David and his team with Dustin did a phenomenal job installing our water softener system. We were shopping around and we’re not sure if we needed a water softener system. We live on the north-side of New Braunfels in a new built home. It was surprising to us how hard the water in the area is. After the birth of our daughter we decided to get a water softener installed for her safety and health. We made the decision around Thanksgiving and David and his team helped answer any questions even during the holidays and came by a few days later to set us up. Installation was maybe an hour and the guys walked us through. We have the system installed now for a little over two weeks and couldn’t be more happier. Stains from the hard water are gone, clogs on shower heads are gone and most importantly the water from faucet tastes great. We got the system that also removes chlorine from the water and the difference is like day and night. Thank you David and team for being there for us through the process!

Wonderful experience! David and his team are knowledgeable and answered every question we had. They were happy to teach us about how their water softeners work and what a reverse osmosis system does. Our water quality is better than ever and we are so glad to be working with Hill Country Water Systems! Great team of knowledgeable staff. Everyone is friendly and well organized. They have a variety of water softener systems for any unique home or commercial set up. UV light is also available. They do water treatment for well water as well! We have a reverse osmosis water filtration system for drinking water and love it! The convenience of an RO is life changing. I wasn’t aware that you could have such high quality water available in tour own home. It’s awesome.
