What an exceptional customer service experience! I called at 5:05, totally unaware that I called after operation hours.They close at 5:00. To my surprise they answered the phone. Shock one. I told them that I had a question concerning my Vesta Water System. The company rep asked my name and asked if I wouldn't mind waiting a minute while he rebooted his computer so he could check on the model I have. Shock two. (Our Vesta water system has worked flawlessly for 18 months.) One of my neighbors mentioned that he couldn't play golf because he was getting his water softener service. So, I thought I should check and see if mine needed to be service. I was told that my system didn't need to be serviced, ever. Shock three. Hill Country Water Systems customer service team is the best.

They made us priority, we called Friday and by Saturday they came by to test the water and by Monday they came and installed the water softener! February 12, 2022We just moved into our new home, and the home inspector showed us how hard our water was, we called Hill Country Water Systems and David, the owner, came over to meet with us. He showed us a wealth of tests against our water and It was way worse than I was even expecting, after being given options and discussing the pro and cons of each system we decided on one. The team came over the next day to install it and within less than an hour we had the system up and running, and what a difference, the water tastes and feels amazing. What was one of the things that impressed me was when I asked David about wanting to add a conditioner, he told me it wouldn't make a difference and I would be wasting my money. Honesty and integrity is something I value and feel Hill Country Water Systems exhibit those traits.

David and his team were responsive and professional the entire time. Every promise they made they delivered, and after their services I gave them a review elsewhere. Several months after service, we had an issue that another contractor basically blamed on them. I called David and he came out the very same day even though he knew what they were saying wasn't true. He walked me and the other contractor through it, without charging me a penny, making sure I was taken care of. He dropped what he was doing to make sure I had what I needed. What excellent customer service. I could not rate them any higher

Thank Heaven for Hill Country Water Systems!!!! David provided the best customer service!!! He was very professional and detailed that by far exceeded my expectations!!! Thank you David!!! Also let me mention the cost of the system I purchased from Hill Country Water Systems is the top of the line and the cost was more than half lower than what I would had paid for at the other companies that quoted me.
