We recently had a water softener and RO installed in our home. We used a company out of San Antonio for our last softener but wanted a local business this go round. David performed the test and the New Braunfels water was 2X harder than the recommended ratio. That explained why our sink hardware was staining and even the toilets due to the calcium buildup. We have only been in the new home for (9) nine months and the calcium was really bad. Dustin did the installation and it was done professionally and clean. The water stains are now gone and we can really tell the difference in the water when washing our hands and the shower. The RO is great for drinking. Thank you Hill Country Water Systems

I knew David before he started his own business and was working for someone else. I always felt he was knowledgeable and honest. He recently replaced my ten year old birm filter, softener and RO system for 70% of what it cost me ten years ago and all the equipment he installed was rated to handle 50% more water. I would recommend him to anyone who values quality equipment, good service, honesty and someone who is knowledgeable about what they are selling.

The price of the system was very competitive to the others we talked to. David was very knowledgeable and the installers answered all my questions and provided helpful tips. We called a few times with questions and they were quick to respond; they even came out to inspect the system and provide some helpful hints after installation. One of the biggest compliments came from an New Braunfels Utilities inspector who inspected our water system today and said, "whoever installed your softener and osmosis system did it right, I don't always see it done correctly.
