Of the 4 providers we interviewed, his holistic review of our requirements including taking the time to inspect our well set-up far exceeded my expectations. I met with 3 other vendors and did a lot of research both on product and customer service reviews for each provider before reaching a decision. David and staff were head and shoulders above the others. Dustin and Tanner did the installation and that too was a positive experience. Dustin explained system operation and handled some remaining questions we had. They were prompt and professional and completed the job in about an hour. David and his team were responsive and professional the entire time. Every promise they made they delivered, and after their services I gave them a review elsewhere. Several months after service, we had an issue that another contractor basically blamed on them. I called David and he came out the very same day even though he knew what they were saying wasn't true. He walked me and the other contractor through it, without charging me a penny, making sure I was taken care of. He dropped what he was doing to make sure I had what I needed. What excellent customer service. I could not rate them any higher

Their team really went above and beyond with customer service. I highly recommend for fast and reliable service. We had to test our water well and send samples to the lab. David came out and tested my water and answered the many questions I had. (I’m new to having hard water). We decided on what would be best for my home, and his team installed it promptly and walked me through what they were doing as well. David came back for a complimentary follow-up visit to test my water again and ensure I was pleased after using their system for two weeks. The process from start to finish was easy, and I love how kind and patient they are in explaining things. I noticed the results right away (soft water in the shower, for laundry and dishes, and clean drinking water are hard to miss!) and I’m so glad I made the investment for my family! Highly recommend this amazing team!!!
