June 23, 2023David and his team at Hill Country Water Systems are phenomenal. They were better priced than competitors I received quotes from, but it was their customer service that won me over. David came out and tested my water and answered the many questions I had. (I’m new to having hard water). We decided on what would be best for my home, and his team installed it promptly and walked me through what they were doing as well. David came back for a complimentary follow-up visit to test my water again and ensure I was pleased after using their system for two weeks. The process from start to finish was easy, and I love how kind and patient they are in explaining things. I noticed the results right away (soft water in the shower, for laundry and dishes, and clean drinking water are hard to miss!) and I’m so glad I made the investment for my family! Highly recommend this amazing team!!!

Excellent service, extremely satisfied I had been calling several local companies in the area but the cost of a water softener they were quoting me was by far out of my budget. Thank Heaven for Hill Country Water Systems!!!! David provided the best customer service!!! He was very professional and detailed that by far exceeded my expectations!!! Thank you David!!! Also let me mention the cost of the system I purchased from Hill Country Water Systems is the top of the line and the cost was more than half lower than what I would had paid for at the other companies that quoted me. August 23, 2022David and his team were responsive and professional the entire time. Every promise they made they delivered, and after their services I gave them a review elsewhere. Several months after service, we had an issue that another contractor basically blamed on them. I called David and he came out the very same day even though he knew what they were saying wasn't true. He walked me and the other contractor through it, without charging me a penny, making sure I was taken care of. He dropped what he was doing to make sure I had what I needed. What excellent customer service. I could not rate them any higher
